With Soda PDF, you can cut, copy and paste text in a PDF file as long as it has not been secured by its creator.

To Cut or Copy text in a PDF file, simply click on the “Edit” mode and select the text dragging the cursor to highlight it.

Then select the appropriate action in the “Clipboard” section in the “Edit & Insert” tab, double-click on the document to create a new text block and click on “Paste”.
